The first step to legalize marijuana in California is on a roll. Lawmakers on Tuesday approved Assembly Bill 390 — legislation to tax and regulate marijuana. Three South African police officers were arrested after a woman complained that they had stolen her marijuana, SAPA news agency reported on Monday. Police said the 37-year-old woman came to a police station in a Pretoria township to complain about the missing drugs.
