Police have reportedly found the young woman in a red shirt who was filmed throwing puppies into a river.

Authorities found 52 pounds of marijuana hidden in a tombstone at CVG last week.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers working at the Cincinnati DHL express consignment operation say they seized the marijuana en route from Kingston, Jamaica to London, England.
Officers first asked when they came upon the tombstone, “Why would someone ship a tombstone?”
